Had a good day today. Was time to get back on the saddle and get to work with some wonderful, long term clients and friends we have had for decades now. They are relocating from The Heights to somewhere on the northside of Houston. Question is where? After showing 13 homes today. They are narrowing it down. We showed some beauties today. Including this looker.

Thank the lord for my mother to get my mind back in gear. Keep close to your “tribe”, family and friends. They are the best medicine for life❤️.

Had a wonderful and much needed dinner with my stunning patents. Celebrated an early Mother’s Day and a belated birthday. Finally took some time off after work today and had dinner at one of our favorite places: The Capital Grille, Westheimer (The Galleria). Of course filet 🥩 was the choice. How could you not with one of the best known establishments over the last 40 years in Houston??

Happy Mother’s Day, mom. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for our small family. God knew what he was doing when he placed me with you. At times working with International buyers can be tricky. Let’s just say things are a little different here (USA) with “how and when” real estate is sold to them. Especially coming from the Middle East and Europe.

However, I love to learn about their experiences from different parts of the globe. It’s fascinating to me. They ack us to help on a new journey. And that is one of the biggest compliment ever.

It’s comical when I look back over the last 25 years in business. The individuals that you helped get started, trained, lived, cared for and supported. Are the ones that are celebrity producers in the industry now. Mortgage, title, insurance and real estate agents. Unfortunately being “well known” has become the goal for most new agents and seasoned agents. Not the quality of work‼️ God help us all in real estate! Nobody knows what they’re doing anymore…well some do. And those are the ones I gravitate towards.

I ask you what are your goals in this industry? To be known for your hard work and quality of work? Or to just be known??

Mom, dad and I have been very blessed to know and work along side some great agents. But lately the ones I don’t know…I end of scratching my head more than anything 🥴

In life, we have a lot of people that come and go. Some you think will stay a long time, stick around and put up with the madness that we sometimes throw towards our closest, and loved ones. But then they for one reason or another, aren’t part of your life anymore.

But then the small few, but rare ones that stick around. Those are the ones that show you unconditional love through the good times, but most importantly the hard times. Those people are your tribe. Protect them. Comfort them. Support them. And above all cherish them!❤️

Not just under contract, but within just a handful of days. At this price point, at times, some can stay on the market a little longer than they should.

Last few weeks have been nothing less than a whirlwind with work. Many nights over the last 2 weeks we haven’t been walking in till 12-1am. All three of us are pretty tired to say the least. I think I have covered a total of 3,100 miles in the last 12 days. All in the Houston Metro areas.

I think we can all agree the moving process is difficult, testing and stressful. But seeing a close friends and other families check off some pretty big goals and milestones, moving forward with their lives and watching them get excited about their next chapter is nothing short of their prayers being answered.

Having a roll in this and working along side some great agents that are parties to these transactions is just icing on the cake 😉. Lord thank you for putting us together with agents who know what they are doing 🙏🏻🙏🏻. Being on the same page with EVERYONE and COMMUNICATION is the key to success with most sales….
