Some highlights from the Q4 Houzz Renovation Barometer (I love Houzz btw)

And if you're in Texas and planning a new home project, looks like project wait times (aka backlogs) are slightly down, meaning it may take less time this Q4 versus a year ago.

The design and construction sectors diverge in expectations. Project wait times for Q4 remain above pre-pandemic levels
