Confirmation bias can be incredibly challenging to overcome in any situation!

Add to that a person who spent years in the education system to obtain a title that claims they are an “engineer,” and then top it off with millions of dollars worth of damage, and it becomes almost impossible to rectify!

Fortunately, at National Claims Advisors, our team has the expertise and determination to make the seemingly impossible happen regularly.

Let’s take this claim for instance!

When we were hired, there was an engineer’s denial. Cam conducted an inspection and discovered penetrations through the metal, which was quite astonishing!

(BIG Hail + rust = holes)

We took on the client, and within a week, we received a re-inspection with the same engineer. 😱

After showing the engineer the damage, the client received a substantial settlement and an apology from the engineer!

We are delighted with these results for our clients and couldn’t have achieved them without our incredible team!

Don’t believe everything you hear! There are still GREAT insurance adjusters out there! 🦄

Here’s a story about a multi-million dollar claim in Texas that proves it. 👇

Before we were hired, the insurance company had already denied coverage for the roof after a major hail storm. But when we were brought on, it was reassigned.

The adjuster we worked with was a true professional. They were very responsive and immediately took action to investigate the property with us.

In short, this adjuster genuinely cared about the property and the client. We were able to negotiate a settlement where everyone won.

This is what we call WINNING THE CLAIM. The insurance company didn’t overpay, the contractor was still able to make a profit, and most importantly, the client got their property back to its pre-loss condition!

Our hearts go out to this client who suffered catastrophic damage from the recent Florida hurricanes.

Thanks to our MSA program, National Claims Advisors was already monitoring this property. We even notified the property owner that they were in the storm’s path.

Having advanced data and knowledge, we were able to immediately assist the clients. A team of engineers and mitigation experts arrived at the property the day after the hurricane. Now, we are collaborating closely with the carrier to restore the property to its pre-loss condition.

This is a true success story. We want to express our gratitude to our client and the carrier for their unwavering dedication to this property.
