❓ Abuse by a priest, pastor, or another clergy member?

Even with thousands of reports coming to light across the country in recent years, survivors of this abuse may still feel alone and isolated in their nightmare.

If you’ve been victimized, we are here to help you navigate this complex matter with the sensitivity and respect you deserve.

Our legal team understands the impact s*xual assault has on a person’s life. You may be harboring feelings of anxiety, shame, and even guilt.

This experience does not define you.

This challenge can be overcome.

We are committed to holding abusers - and the institutions that protect them - accountable for their actions. Our attorneys are dedicated to uncovering and defeating s*x abuse in the church.

You’ve been hurt not only by an authority figure but by a decades-long cover-up initiative from the church, pressuring victims to stay silent and persuading law enforcement to drop investigations and ignore issues. While some of the accused individuals were removed from their roles, many were simply relocated. This puts them at risk of continuing their behaviors and endangering others.

Hundreds of religious authority figures have gotten away with unspeakable crimes.

Until now.

Investigations are being conducted and injustices are being uncovered every day in church s*x abuse scandals.

This work is tough but vital.

And so are you.

If you experienced s*xual abuse in the church by a clergy member,

YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION.

We fight aggressively for children abused in church, no matter what age they bravely step forward.

Stop the abuse. Stop the pattern of denial. Justice is within reach. ⚖️

⏰ Don’t take it to your grave.

It can take clergy s*xual abuse survivors years to open up about their experiences, and the law is beginning to acknowledge this fact.

Last year, the New York Child Victims Act allowed people to file claims during a window of time exempt from the typical statutes of limitations. Over 1,600 cases have already been filed under the act, including over 300 filed within the first day. A majority of these filings named priests who have abused children in the church.

It’s not too late.

It's time to fight back.

Shatter the culture of silence.

❓ Suffered at the hands of a religious leader?

We not only support you, we represent you. Tell us your story.

When we’re kids, we look to adults for guidance and support. When you add religious authority into the mix, we trust them even more. But this trust can be weaponized against us. Adults in these positions of power can prey upon minors who just want to do what’s right... at an age when they don’t yet know right from wrong.

Sexual abuse can cause lifelong damage. It can be hard to reconcile your experiences with your faith, and it can be even harder to connect with the people around you.

You're not alone, and you're not voiceless or vulnerable anymore. We're listening. We believe you.

Justice isn’t just our profession - it’s our passion.

Don't suffer in silence a second longer. Systematic abuse in the church deserves to be exposed. ⚖️
