The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) estimates there are 8.3 million mortgage-ready Latinos under the age of 45 in the US who are not yet homeowners. With the majority being 1st time buyers

The article also states that only 15% of Licensed Mortgage Originators are hispanic in the U.S.

Another census study shows that Latino owned businesses are also on the rise up 16% yoy

So much opportunity and momentum to change lives via homeownership and serve all communities!

Most people don't know that you can get pre-qualified without a hard credit check!

I can do what's called a "soft check" with 1 bureau and it gives us a benchmark on where you stand

A lot of my clients start off with doing this first as a no pressure entry point

But when you are ready to get officially pre-approved then that would require a standard "hard check" of all 3 bureaus
