We are especially proud of this policy limits settlement! For almost 3 years, we fought 2 different insurance law firms, including multiple hearings for discovery sanctions. The other side refused to admit any liability...until they paid the limits.

One of our most satisfying wins was celebrated not on the courthouse steps but at a small taco shop in north Houston. At Gustin Law Firm we treat every client like their case is the biggest one in the world, because to them, it is.

Last week we were proud to serve as volunteer judge in the annual mock trial tournament held by the Harris County civil court summer interns. Some of these young advocates were competing in a mock trial for the first time. Volunteer judges critiqued the contestants' performances and offered them constructive feedback. The caliber of advocacy from these law students proved that the future is very bright at the Harris County courthouse!
