Going into the holidays, Super Lawyers asked me how Texans can reduce the cost of their divorce. My answer? Stop paying attorneys to pick fights!

I recently met up with ABC13-Miya Shay to talk about the increase in devices, like AirTags, being used to track the people in our lives. While it is clearly illegal to track a stranger, the law is murkier when these trackers are used by people who are married.

The woman's not-quite ex-husband admitted to placing a tracker in her vehicle, but because they're still married and own the vehicle together, Texas stalking laws get a little murky.
