Some listings will require extra documents in the offer…

• Is your listing selling with all major appliances or any furniture? Don’t forgot about the Non-Realty Items Addendum.

• Was the property built before 1978? Make sure you have a Lead Paint Disclosure.

• Is the property managed by an HOA? You’ll need an addendum for that too!

We can review all of your offers and compile them on a worksheet for you to discuss with your seller.

Did you get to see the lease listings on Kittridge Rd?

We had over 100 inquiries and plenty of applications to review but two months after our first listing we have officially leased out all 6 units! Unofficially we had all units reserved within a month and a half of listing but worked with tenants move-in dates.
