*CONGRATULATIONS* to Martin Law and M. Law Legal PLLC, who recently secured judgment for a client!

The client hired a construction company to renovate his home. The contractor refused to complete the job and did not perform services in a good and workmanlike manner.

The client retained M. Law Legal PLLC to represent him in a lawsuit against the contractor. After a day-long bench trial, the Court rendered a verdict in the client's favor and awarded damages, interest, and attorney fees.

M. Law Legal PLLC is celebrating another win this week, as we recently secured a final judgment in a case which we took to trial and won not once, but twice!

What started out as a small claims case for failing to pay for services rendered, M. Law Legal represented a contractor in both the Justice of the Peace and County Court at Law, trying both cases to the bench. Eventually, M. Law Legal secured a final judgment worth many times the original claim, when including interest and attorney's fees.

Special thanks to Scott Rothenberg, www.rothenberglaw.com, who stepped in and represented the client at the Court of Appeals. Mr. Rothenberg was able to get the Defendants' appeal quickly dismissed, which allows M. Law Legal to begin collections. Thank you for your efforts and hard work, Scott!

Earlier this week, M. Law Legal secured an order for sanctions awarding over $300,000.00 in damages and attorneys' fees after the opposing party violated a temporary restraining order.

With the case still pending, we continue to work hard for our client to ensure that we recover all damages and relief our client is entitled to in this case.
