I was incredibly honored to serve as the Chair of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Automobile Litigation Committee this year. I am very proud of the committee’s accomplishments despite the obstacles we faced due to COVID-19. The summer newsletter was a great success!

As shelter-in-place orders take effect this week, judges are beginning to conduct video conferences and trying to overcome the challenges of the virtual hearings.
