October is National Work & Family Month — and it's a good moment to say the quiet part out loud: a job should never cost you your dignity. 🧡
The whole reason employment law exists is that work and life aren't separate. When something goes wrong at work — being pushed out after asking for leave, being treated differently after a pregnancy, not being paid what you earned — it doesn't stay at the office. It follows people home.
That's the work we do: helping people stand up for fair treatment so they can get back to their actual lives.
If something at work has felt wrong, you're allowed to ask about it. The first conversation is free and confidential.
