Continuing the momentum in Northwest Houston’s active industrial market, World Emblem has signed a 72,000-square-foot lease. The Florida-based manufacturer plans to create up to 150 new jobs at buildout.

Additional recent industrial activity in the submarket includes:

• HS Property TX3 LLC acquired a 60,486-square-foot industrial facility.

• CAF USA Inc., a railcar manufacturer, signed a lease for a 23,625-square-foot crane-served industrial property.

• Apricus Realty Capital and ABR Capital Partners purchased an 11.3-acre industrial outdoor storage facility.

• Quannah Partners and LaSalle Investment Management announced plans to develop 290 Crossroads Commerce Center, a 183,301-square-foot speculative industrial building.

• Illinois 3 Properties LLC acquired a 22,813-square-foot industrial building.

• Pagewood and Long Wharf Capital acquired Crossroads at Brittmoore, a 292,200-square-foot shallow-bay industrial park.

These transactions highlight ongoing leasing velocity, investor confidence, and development activity driving growth across Northwest Houston.
