Long before founding the firm, Jonny Havens learned what it meant to put people first.

A native Houstonian and Texas A&M graduate, Jonny served five years on active duty as a U.S. Army infantry officer, completed Ranger School, and deployed twice to Iraq. It was there that discipline, preparation, and servant leadership became the standard.

After his military service, Jonny graduated from Duke University School of Law and began his legal career handling high-stakes litigation.

He learned how major corporations operate. How their lawyers prepare. How they evaluate risk. And how they fight.

Eventually, Jonny decided to take that experience and put it to work for the people standing on the other side.

He founded Havens & Associates to advocate for injured individuals, families who have lost loved ones, and people facing powerful opponents.
