Meet the two newest additions to the Waddell Law Firm team!
Vanessa Enciso is a seasoned family law paralegal with more than a decade of experience supporting attorneys and clients throughout the State of Texas. She brings extensive knowledge of complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, property division, and enforcement actions.
Throughout her career, Vanessa has been known for her deep understanding of Texas Family Code procedures, and her dedicated and compassionate approach with clients. Her expertise and ability to anticipate case needs make her an invaluable member of the firm's family law team.
Ashlie Salazar is a native Houstonian who brings both legal experience and practical perspective to her family law practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology, with a minor in economics, from Boston University and her law degree from the University of Houston.
Ms. Salazar began her legal career in construction litigation before transitioning her focus to family law. After stepping away from the practice of law to raise her four children, she returned with a deeper understanding of the personal, emotional, and financial challenges families face during times of transition.
Ms. Salazar represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support modifications, non-parent custody rights, adoptions, and marital property agreements. She approaches each case with careful preparation, attention to detail, and an empathetic, solutions-oriented mindset.
