The first verdicts are in! Veterans are finally seeing the unfortunate rewards of the injuries they must endure for the rest of their lives because of faulty equipment sold by 3M.

The company lost the first lawsuit to go to trial over the safety of earplugs 3M sold for years to the military, with a federal jury awarding $7.1 million to three veterans.

The Lawsuit Authority is looking for highly motivated representatives who will be part of our growing team. In this role you would be tasked with qualifying potential mass tort clients, signing up new clients, and performing onboarding.

The candidate will be trained to possess detailed knowledge of legal processes, new mass tort claims, and internal company protocols. The new hire also carries out planned campaigns designed to provide information to and obtain referrals from existing and potential accounts.

This position is a great opportunity for those interested in working in sales, client relations and legal matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

-• Reports to the Executive Account Manager
-• Remains updated on new legal claims
-• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound communication
-• Responsible for entering all data and new leads to enter in the CRM
-• Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information
-• Expected to maintain a minimum number of high volume outgoing communications
-• Expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in their verbal and written communications
-• Follows established operating procedures and best practices
-• Executes mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule until each lead is contacted
-• Implement planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests
-• Always communicates facts and never makes invalidated claims
-• Meets performance expectations and regularly exceeds goals
