Tiara, also known as Wealth CEO, serves as our marketing assistant and credit repair specialist. She is responsible for managing marketing campaigns aimed at promoting properties and attracting potential buyers or tenants. Her role includes conducting market research to pinpoint target audiences and trends within the real estate sector, as well as collaborating with real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals to enhance marketing strategies. Tiara oversees both online and offline marketing channels, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertising, while also tracking and analyzing campaign performance to implement necessary adjustments. Additionally, she assists in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
In her capacity as a credit repair specialist, Tiara aids clients by disputing inaccuracies on credit reports, contacting credit bureaus to rectify any false information. She provides guidance on building a positive credit history through timely payments, establishing new credit accounts, and managing credit utilization. Tiara also works with clients to resolve issues related to delinquent accounts and evaluates credit reports to offer recommendations for credit establishment. Furthermore, she monitors accounts receivable and reviews daily orders to ensure effective account management.
