The outcome of it all…

I didn’t create the 12 Caseflow SOPs because firms needed more documents.

I created them because I kept seeing the same thing:

Work was getting donE, but the attorney was still carrying it.

Still answering small questions.
Still double-checking filings.
Still mentally tracking deadlines.

That’s not delegation. That’s supervision.

A good SOP changes the lifecycle of the work. It takes something that lives in your head and gives it a clear, repeatable path.
