So suppose you get arrested. Doesn't matter why. You must do two things, and only two things. First, ask for a lawyer. Second, shut up until the lawyer arrives and you can tell them what happened. The only thing you could accomplish by taking is sealing your own fate. No exceptions. You should also have a lawyers number in your wallet.

Steve Westerfield, who has practiced in Hot Springs for over 30 years, has graciously shared his office with me, and is an incredible lawyer whose experience and advice, are invaluable. Steve practices general law, and Steve is one of the best, if not the best, bankruptcy lawyers in the state. If I had to hire a lawyer for bankruptcy, I would hire him.

I am very lucky to have been offered an opportunity to work next to Steve, and to work with a lawyer who is regarded in such high esteem, in the community.
