Hard work and dedication do pay off. In the past two weeks Justin Hurst has received not guilty verdicts on two difficult jury trials. One was a battery charge involving a 5 year old child and the other was aggravated robbery and battery in the second degree. Both cases were extremely difficult, but after diligent investigation, and hours of preparing the case to be presented to a jury a verdict was returned on each case acquitting each defendant of all charges.
