If you are in the Hot Springs Village vicinity on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, stop by the Hot Springs Village Area Chamber of Commerce office from 9 am to 11 am. A group of Chamber members will be hosting a business briefing of their various businesses. I will be presenting information on Legal Shield. The Chamber offices are located in the Visitors Center at the West Gate area off Highway 7.

For the last four months I have been serving as the interim Executive Director of the United Way of Garland County. A new Director is now on board so I have a little more time to work on my LegalShield business and to try to use Facebook on a more regular basis. Hope all of you are doing well.

Happy New Year everyone. I guess this is the time to really pursue those New Year's resolutions. One of mine is to take my LegalShield business to the next level. While there was a price increase (the first one in many years), there has been a corresponding increase in legal services provided. Still catching up from last weekend's ice storm. Thank goodness we never lost power. Life consists of balancing the need to market LegalShield and preparing for Christmas.

Where does the time fly? Spent most of yesterday marketing LegalShield as a group to the teachers and staff at Jessieville middle and high School, where Sharae attends as a 10th grader. Going to be there again tomorrow for the elementary staff.
"Cookie," our new puppy, has had only one "oops" so far as we know!

Linda, Sharae and I went on a little trip to northwest Arkansas to take advantage of the long Thanksgiving weekend. The return trip took us to northeast Arkansas where we purchased an early Christmas gift for Sharae: a 16 week old, white multipoo puppy!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am thankful for family and friends, a warm house on this relatively cold day, the clothes I am wearing and the turkey that's cooking in the oven.
