I can’t say “THANK YOU” enough to everyone who has made it possible to meet these goals! Without all of my awesome clients, none of this would be possible, and that is something I do not take lightly!

One of the best gauge of client satisfaction that I use are repeat clients and referrals from past clients. In the past 2-years, I’ve been blessed with multiple repeat clients, a couple who have done 3-transactions each!

🏠🏠 This one was a journey! 🏠🏠

A cash sale, on vacant land, not asking for any concessions, and no contingencies…

This should have been the easiest and fastest path to closing ever…”should” being the operative word there! 😂

Between heirship issues with a minor child of a deceased husband of the widowed seller and delays in the Probate Court, our “2-weeks to close” turned into “nearly 4-months to close”.

Thankful for the sweetest buyers who stuck with us through all of the delays and now own the perfect lot for their dream home!

This one was a little different! Buyer lives in Colorado, I recorded a video walkthrough of a few houses (shoutout to Oakley Meta glasses), they decided this was the one that checked all the boxes, and we closed everything remotely!

Excited for this Army veteran to get back home to his family after several years out of state and see his new home in person!
