🚨In a prior post on January 31, 2025, we discussed the current administration's plan to expand the use of "Expedited Removal" and "ER." ER offers people way less rights than Immigraiton Court. And you will be detained during ER proceedings; the law requires it. Recently respondents acorss the country have reportedly been arrested at Immigration Court by ICE, so that the agency can cancel their Immigration Court and subject these individuals to ER instead.
