This is going to CHANGE the way real estate works! 📣

Currently, the Sellers pay the listing agent a commission, 4-6% of selling price. And the listing agent shares a portion of that commission to the buyers agent upon a successful closing. There is a lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors, NAR, saying that the sellers should not pay the buyers agent.
NAR responded saying the listing agent could post 0% compensation to the buyers agent. This would mean the buyers agent will be helping out the buyer for FREE or they buyer agent would charge the buyer a fee.
