Great article on "titling" by military law enforcement organizations. The "credible information" standard needs to change. Basically, someone makes an allegation and CID finds "credible information." That's not right!

In the draft text of its defense policy bill released, the HASC would order a military advisory panel to produce recommendations on updating the UCMJ to ensure it covers the nonconsensual distribution of digitally manipulated intimate images.
