One of the most talked about real estate investing strategy is the BRRRR method. But what is it and why is it so popular?

The BRRRR strategy, if done correctly, will alllow you to buy and keep a property as a rental with little to no money invested.

Buy a property where there is an oppurtunity to add value
Renovate the property to increase it's value
Rent it out to tenants
Refinance out of your original loan and "cash out" all or most of your initial investment
Repeat the process with the same capital

BRRRR is a great strategy to build a long term wealth!
