⚠️ Important warning for anyone going through a divorce or family law matter in Texas:
Be very careful what you type into AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms. If you're asking questions about your case, those conversations may not be as private as you think.
In litigation, the opposing party can request discovery of your electronic communications and records. Depending on the platform and how the request is framed, your AI chat history could potentially be fair game.
Before you ask an AI "what happens if I hide money from my spouse" or "how do I get more custody time" — stop and think. That conversation could end up in front of a judge.
When you have legal questions, ask your attorney — not an AI. Attorney-client privilege protects our conversations. Your AI chatbot history does not.
