Meet Callan Garcia, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of our immigration law firm alongside former Miami Immigration Judge Pedro Miranda.
With nearly two decades of immigration law experience, Callan has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families navigate complex immigration matters. Before founding the firm, he served as Managing Attorney and Director of Catholic Legal Services in both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, where he personally handled thousands of cases and earned numerous awards for his outstanding service and commitment to the community.
Licensed to practice before the State of Florida, the Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and U.S. Immigration Court, Callan brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and advocacy to every case.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, he is committed to serving diverse communities and helping clients achieve their immigration goals.
