This is my first Monarch visitor of the year at home in a patch of milkweed in my polinator garden. The milkweed is the only plant the Monarch caterpillars eat and where the females lay thier eggs. Soon little white eggs will hatch hungry little caterpillars 🐛 and from their transform from chrysalis to mature butterfly.

These incredible little creatures then migrate 3,000 miles to Central Mexico each year (in multiple generations), using the sun and even Earth’s magnetic field to guide them. Along the way, Monarchs need safe havens of milkweed to continue their incredible journey.

I’m so excited I found this gem for my buyers. We went from a very broad search criteria to honing in on something very specific in about a month. I was able to find this home through manual searching. Not by towns, but by looking at map and knowing the roads well enough to calculate commuter drive times. I was also able to get some favorable negotiation in. If you are scrolling Zillow and not finding what you need, reach out! Finding specific homes seems to be my superpower!
