COMMUNITY HEARTBROKEN

For years local celebrity and Holly Pond resident, Joseph Rottenberry, has held the official title of having the Largest Testicles in Cullman County. It is with great regret that we have to report that Mr. Rottenberry contacted us this morning to let the community know that the doctors have said it was malignant. Please keep Mr. Rottenberry in your thoughts and prayers.

LOCAL LAWYER'S OFFICE DESTROYED BY FIRE

Holly Pond Fire Department responded to Lou Pohl Esq. - Criminal Attorney Law Offices to find them fully engulfed. We reached out to Lou for a statement.

"It's a total loss but things like this happen. Lots of tax records gone. It was a completely inconspicuous occurrence and I don't think we need any investigations. It was probably started by a rat gnawing on wires or something."

Mr. Pohl wanted us to reach out to his clients and let them know things would be right back to business tomorrow. He will be seeing clients in the alley between Gibb's Laundromat and Holly Pond Supermarket on a temporary basis until he finds a new location for his offices.
