San Benito County Campus Update Dec. 4, 2023
• Structural steel er****on is underway and will be completed in January 2024
• Joint trench work is underway
• Site winterization is being completed
• Site concrete started on Dec. 4th and will be ongoing for the next 3+ months
• Topping out ceremony planned for January SEWER/SEPTIC UPDATE
• Agreement between Sunnyslope Water and the City of Hollister was approved at the Nov. 6th city council meeting
• Next step: City will take the sewer hook up to LAFCO in December
ACCESS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UPDATE
• Underground storm drain is complete
• PG&E joint trench work is underway
• Curb and gutter concrete work will begin once the joint trench work is completed
