1) Practice for at least 5 years
2) Owner, Partner, or Shareholder their firm
3) At least 5 multi-million dollar verdicts
4) AVVO Rating of 8.5 or higher
5) Martendale-Hubbell AV rating or AV Pre-Eminent
6) Must not have any disciplinary actions
7) Criteria will be verified
