We are pleased to announce that Laura Giardina will join the firm September 2025. Laura earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University - Delaware Law School, Summa Cum Laude. She is the recipient of the Dean's Award and she served as the Editor in Chief of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

Her previous roles include judicial externships with Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon in the U.S. District Court of Delaware.
