118 Jefferson St is one of the deals I’ll always remember. From a crazy tenant who would not cooperate. To not receiving any offers the first 30 days and the seller opting to rent and hold it for another year even though it was not plan A. Then deciding to slightly reducing the price, getting multiple offers and closing at full ask. This transaction really encumbered all the ups and downs we go through during a transaction. But glad to say we were able to get the job done!
