As the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup nears its end, here are a few Phillips Preiss connections to the final:
- Spain is the last of multiple teams to stay at the MC Hotel in Montclair, which was developed in accordance with the Montclair Center Gateway Phase 1 Redevelopment Plan that we prepared.
- Argentina’s training base for the final was the New York Red Bulls’ facility, the development of which we reviewed for our client municipality Morris Township.
- The championship will be the last of eight matches played in our client municipality East Rutherford.
