Today, I attended the Paulding Chamber of Commerce lunch with Colleen Hampton, candidate for Paulding County District Attorney.
I was shocked and appalled at an interaction I witnessed. Colleen and I were walking to her car and passed Robert Lane, the current Paulding County DA. Colleen greeted him and his companion with a professional "Hi, it is nice to see you guys." The current Paulding DA, responded to her by saying, "keep up your b*t*h show; I enjoy watching it."
This is the way your current DA conducts himself when you are not watching. This conduct of calling Ms. Hampton's campaign a "bi*** show" lines up with the current EEOC complaint against him alleging he mistreated a senior employee.
This vote is important. Your DA will be decided in MAY. There are no Democrat candidates so whichever Republican wins this primary will be your next DA. Which Republican do you want? The one who behaves when nobody is watching, or the other one?
