✨The magic lies in the work you’re avoiding. 28-2885 Kolekole Place is no different.

💥 PRICE IMPROVED — NOW $529,000

This isn’t a turnkey home. It’s a value-add opportunity.

Savvy investors know the biggest returns often come from properties others scroll past. With approximately 2,220 sq. ft. of living area, more than 5,200 sq. ft. under roof, and a generous lot in the sought-after Hāmākua community of Pepeʻekeo, this property offers the kind of scale that’s increasingly hard to find.

Even better? It’s located in Lava Hazard Zone 8, one of the Big Island’s lowest volcanic risk zones—an important consideration for long-term value and marketability.

For the right investor with the vision and renovation plan, this property has the characteristics of a project where the ARV after-repair value may be substantially higher than today’s asking price. Depending on renovation scope, finish quality, and market conditions, the upside could be significant.

Whether your strategy is:
✔️ Fix & Flip
✔️ BRRRR
✔️ Long-Term Rental
✔️ Multi-Generational Living
✔️ Build Long-Term Equity
..this is the kind of opportunity worth running the numbers on.

📍Pepeʻekeo, Hawaiʻi
💲Now Offered at $529,000

Taking a bit of the old to carve out a new. Looks aren’t everything and is likely not moving the needle too far; but, sure gives you the confidence to play better like those high shorts that one year we wore on the HHS tennis team.

✅ Aligned and in harmony with my values
✅ Original
✅ Functional & versatile
✅ Tells a story
✅ Menorable

Now…would I wear this? ✅ ‘Ae. I would. 💯

June is the hottest month to buy or sell a home—prices peak, homes fly off the market in 30 days, and competition is fierce. Here's what to expect.

There are certain windows in real estate that tend to create better momentum than others. For many sellers, the next few months may be the sweet spot between buyer activity, timing, and market opportunity.

🎬 Stepping into the premiere season of HGTV’s House Hunters: Paradise was one of the most challenging—and rewarding—experiences of my real estate career. Ngl...my social battery was at -25 by day 2 🪫. But, I’m incredibly grateful to casting director Gabriel Salinas, who somehow found me online and took a chance by reaching out. Huge appreciation to the amazing buyers, Justyn and Jeff, whose energy, trust, and aloha made every moment worth it. And a heartfelt mahalo to SB Entertainment and field director Risa Morimoto and her incredible onsite crew for the encouragement that kept us grounded through the long days and bright lights.

This journey pushed me far outside my comfort zone, but it reminded me of something powerful: growth happens when you say yes to opportunities that scare you a little. I’m walking away inspired, evolved, and more committed than ever to serving my clients with authenticity and heart.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like behind the scenes—or if you’re chasing a dream that feels bigger than you—let this be your sign to go for it. You never know who’s watching, or what doors your courage might open.

Thanks GB for the behind the scenes footage!

You can catch Justyn, Jeff, and myself on this episode (released Jan 24, 2026) of Season 1 of HGTV’s House Hunters: Paradise here 👉🏼 https://youtu.be/IpS18grwYVg?si=bS5kDdnWTwuGtW2c
