Wishing a Happy Father’s Day to all the men out there who love and support their children unconditionally. Most often times a Father is the first role model or hero for his children and in this day and age it is even more important for a Father to set good a example for his children and to do the right thing, even if it not the easy thing.

So a couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of doing another adoption. There are so many times where I see the ugly side of the legal practice whether it be criminal law or a terrible custody dispute and those things make being a lawyer difficult at times. But this was another one of those celebratory occasions where I see the good in being a lawyer. I was so happy I was able to be a part of this day for the Dunn family. I was also surprised by the friends and family that showed up for this special day to celebrateste with them.

Whether it is a joyous occasion or one of those uglier areas though, me and the rest of the staff at The Schnaare Law Firm are here to help.

UPDATE: In regards to our communications issues, we still do not have a timeline. T-Mobile reprentatives have told us that there have been ongoing issues with the tower that we receive service from since February of this year. We are still doing our best to provide the quality legal services that our firm is known for but without the one tool we have to have for communication, the internet which powers our phones, it has made it difficult and extremely frustrating. While T-mobile may have good cell service, their internet and customer support are incredibly lacking. We will keep you updated as we know more.

For any clients that have been trying to reach our office, I apologize. We have been having a lot of technical difficulties with our internet and phone service provider causing our phone lines to be down. We are working on resolving the issue but please bear with us. We have been just as frustrated as you. In the meantime if you send a message by Facebook messenger, I will try my best to respond but I do not typically communicate through messenger. If you leave us an email it may be Friday or next week before we are able to view it and respond.

Looking for a full time legal secretary. Hours are M-F 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch break. Job duties include answering telephones, scheduling hearings and appointments, drafting documents, maintaining and organizing files and other clerical duties that may arise.

We are a small firm with 3 attorneys and and one office manager/paralegal. We are tight knit group and looking for someone who is close to the Hillsboro/Jefferson County area.
