A great idea on its face--a will depository.
However, the Clerk's comments in the article dangerously imply that the program would replace an attorney's advice in the drafting of a will--not simply holding-on to a client's original will in a ‘will vault’ (which is in no wise standard practice).

The headline is misleading: this was NOT a GOP initiative! It should have read: "23 naive Dems introduce bill to destroy Party." These non-Chicagoans -- like some others in Washington -- should mind their own business!

The vote happened a day after House leaders tried unsuccessfully to kill the resolution, which ripped wide open a split in the Democratic Party trying to unite against President Donald Trump’s policies.
