We had such a special day at the Superhero Dash with Family Service of the Piedmont.

At Sams Law Firm, PC, we care deeply about the well-being of children and families, so supporting this event, which raises awareness and funds to prevent child abuse, means a lot to us. Getting to show up, cheer each other on, and watch these little superheroes cross the finish line was something we will not forget.

There is something powerful about a community coming together for children. It reminds us why this work matters, both in and out of the office.

We are grateful to Family Service for the work they do every day, and we are honored to support a mission that helps keep children safe and families strong.

Great experience this weekend serving as a juror for the North Carolina Regional Mock Trial competition in High Point.

Pictured with me is my office manager, Rachel Boos, who also serves as the State Scoring Director. Her leadership plays an important role in keeping competitions like this running smoothly. Also alongside us is my son, Jay Sams, who volunteered his time to help support the event.

I'm proud to give back to programs that build confidence, public speaking skills, and real-world courtroom experience.
