Some transactions just feel extra good❤️.

This referral is from a client who I have helped sell their land (hundreds of acres) years ago. I helped this family buy a house and sell a house. I helped this family by hunting land in Kentucky and helped them sell hunting land in Kentucky. This client has referred multiple family and friends my way. She understands the type of agent I am.
This longtime client (and someone I really respect!) texted me Monday with a house that just went on the market and asked if I could show it to her mom- we’ve looked on and off for a while.

I looked at the listing. I knew it was a really good listing that would go quickly. I told my long time client that I looked at available showing times and 8:00 pm was the only time available that day (Monday) but I felt we should get in to see it, even at 8:00 pm. So there we go, 8:00 pm and I show this house. The mom fell in love.

We got our offer in on Tuesday. There were MANY showings on Tuesday.

By Wednesday there were three offers on the home. They didn’t ask for highest and best but I was told they had three offers. I told my client we needed to raise the bar a little.

Long story short, our offer was accepted. When I asked my client if her mom was excited, my client told me she cried and my client said this made her whole life.
