Proud to share a big win for our clients.

In a hard-fought annexation dispute, we secured judgment in the trial court on behalf of the defendant (the objectors). The opposing party appealed — and today, the Supreme Court affirmed the lower court’s ruling in full.

Two courts. Same result.

Grateful for clients who trusted the process and a team that put in the work at every stage. Appellate advocacy is about precision, preparation, and protecting the record — and I’m pleased we were able to defend the judgment successfully.

On to the next one.

Yesterday in Desoto County Circuit Court, we secured a NOT GUILTY verdict for our client.
This wasn’t just a win in the courtroom—it was a win for truth, due process, and the presumption of innocence. Our client stood accused, but the evidence told a different story. The jury listened, and justice was served.
At Little & Davis Law, we fight hard for every client, because we know what’s at stake: your freedom, your reputation, your future.
If you or someone you care about is facing criminal charges, don’t face them alone. Let us stand in your corner.
