Meet Jessica Hockema, a valued member of our UCHA team!

Jessica is a proud mom of five and shares life with her incredible husband. Originally from the Oregon Coast, she has spent the past 16 years in the Tri-Cities.

She brings a strong sense of curiosity and community to her work, always looking for new things to learn and ways to make a positive impact.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys a wide range of activities, including crafting, sewing, kayaking, hiking, camping, traveling, and riding her motorcycle.

We’re grateful to have Jessica as part of our team and appreciate the dedication and perspective she brings to our communities.

We recently attended the NAHRO Washington Conference in Washington, D.C., joining housing professionals from across the country to advocate for the future of affordable housing.

This national event brings together industry leaders and policymakers to share stories, build relationships, and ensure that housing remains a priority at every level of government. Through in-person conversations on Capitol Hill, our team helped elevate the needs of the communities we serve.

Opportunities like this strengthen our ability to bring resources, awareness, and long-term housing solutions back to Umatilla, Morrow, Gilliam, and Wheeler counties.
