Our reach grew, but more importantly, so did our strength as a brokerage.

We were honored once again as Richmond’s Best Real Estate Brokerage, continued to show up for our community, and stood together in moments that mattered, honoring the legacy of Dawn vonBechmann and supporting others in our PHam at the Making Strides walk. As the year came to a close, we celebrated it all together at the Commonwealth Club, reminded that what we’re building is bigger than real estate. It’s about community, within our brokerage and beyond.

2 office locations.

We opened our second office in Midlothian, were named Richmond’s Best Real Estate Firm, and continued to raise the bar across the board. With a growing presence in both Chesterfield and Richmond, our reach expanded, but our focus stayed the same: delivering for our clients and investing in our community.

2023 was the year we scaled.

As we grew, so did our focus on elevating the client and agent experience. And through it all, one thing remained constant: our commitment to the community. 2022 was the year everything started to click.

Our first full year in business, and a year full of milestones.

We hosted our first Awards Breakfast, celebrated Top Producers on our first Top Producer Trip at Lansdowne Resort, launched our podcast Chat & Chill with Providence Hill (real ones remember), and brought people together through countless events with our agents, clients, and community. This was the year the vision started to take shape.
