KT Williams Law PLLC is looking for a new or experienced attorney interested in estate and trust administration, estate planning, elder law, and related business matters.
This role is not for every attorney. The right person will be ambitious, compassionate, curious, patient, and committed to continuous learning. This work requires clear communication, sound judgment, problem-solving, and the ability to guide clients through difficult seasons with calm and care. This is not a litigation-focused, adversarial-type role, but you’ll be in court working with our clients and judges to smoothly administer estates and trusts.
Newer attorneys will receive direct training and mentoring. Attorneys with estate administration or estate planning experience may move into greater responsibility more quickly. Initial training and integration will begin in Henderson, Kentucky, with future growth opportunities elsewhere in Kentucky and Tennessee, so don’t be deterred by location.
