Behind the scenes of being a CEO isn’t always glamorous.
Most evenings, after a full day at my 9–5, you’ll find me sitting behind a laptop working on Sign the Line Mobile Notary, STL Online Notary, STL Weddings NV, or whatever project is currently demanding my attention. Some days it’s marketing. Some days it’s updating systems and workflows. Other days it’s answering inquiries, creating content, or learning something new to better serve my clients.
What many people don’t see is that building a business happens in the small moments. It’s the late nights, the weekends, the constant learning, and the commitment to keep moving forward even when progress feels slow. Every document updated, every profile optimized, every post created, and every process improved is another step toward the vision I’m working to build.
There have been times I’ve stepped back and lost momentum, and I’ve learned that consistency matters more than perfection. Even when life gets busy, doing something is always better than doing nothing. Small actions add up over time.
I’m grateful for every client, every referral, every lesson, and every opportunity to continue growing. The journey isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely worth it.
