Even on a trip to Texas, I couldnā€™t resist taking a peek at a growing community!

Itā€™s always interesting to see how different areas are expanding, what builders are creating, and how neighborhoods are taking shape.

I guess the realtor brain never really clocks out.

Sometimes the things that stand out first in a home are also the easiest things to change.

Paint colors, light fixtures and dĆ©cor can make a house feel dated ā€” but they donā€™t tell the whole story.

When youā€™re touring a home, try looking past the cosmetics and pay attention to the things that are harder to change: the location, floor plan, lot, natural light and overall condition.

A little imagination can sometimes help you see the home everyone else scrolled past.

Would you be able to look past a paint color you hated if everything else about the home was right?

Today Latin Chamber of Commerce NV celebrated us. The women that show up every day and are ready to help the community.

From entrepreneurs to corporate leaders and just about anyone that wants to learn and grow as a person or a business, The Latin Chamber together with UNR extension are working diligently to provide the necessary resources.

It was amazing to see all of my friends and colleagues dressed up in their beautiful outfits representing their country of origin for Hispanic heritage month.

Firenze ti amo!!

Florence was dreamy and we had the most delicious food.

The sunsets, the piazzas, the people. Everything was perfect. We saw David, had the tripe sandwich, the meatballs, the affogato and lots of Chianti and espresso.

Shopping was fun!

Time was stunning!!!
From the hotel view of the St. Peter Basilica, the staff at Courtyard Marriott Central Park were outstanding, the amazing food and views.

Everywhere I looked it was amazing.
The history of every place we visited, the shocking way the structures look. Impossible to imagine how they were constructed.

So much to put into words and the pictures do not do justice.

Walking up over 500 steps to the very top of the St. Peter basilica dome and having mass in the basilica was an experience like no other.

Rome, I miss you already!
