Summer break is here, camp hasn’t started yet, and my days are currently a mix of contracts, phone calls, snack requests, swim practice, and “Mom, watch this!” 😂

The schedule isn’t always easy, and some days feel a little chaotic. But I’m grateful for the flexibility to squeeze in pool days, library visits, and extra time with my kids while still helping my clients buy and sell homes.

And somehow, we’ve officially made it through the week before camp. ☀️🙌💕

Whew 😅 Memorial Day weekend was BUSY over here! Between calls, negotiations, contracts, and squeezing in a little family time too…I still managed to get TWO homes under contract this weekend 🏡🏡

And somehow, all of it happened while tucked away in the mountains in Utah 🏔️💻 Real estate definitely doesn’t stop for holidays, but honestly, I’m so grateful this business gives me the flexibility to work from places that fill my cup while still showing up for my clients.

Now excuse me while I recover with extra coffee today ☕️

One of my favorite closings from last week 🥹🏡

I had helped this client in the past, and over the last few years, life looked a little different for her. After taking time to rebuild, regroup, and figure out what she wanted next, she quietly put in the work to get herself into a position to buy a home completely on her own.

And last week… she did exactly that.

What made this story even crazier is that she originally saw this house online and thought there was no way it would work within her budget. But something told me to make the call anyway. I had worked with the listing agent before, so I reached out to see if there was any chance the seller would consider a lower number.

At first, the answer was no. Totally okay.

Then about a month later, I got the call that changed everything…the seller was willing to work with us after all. We wrote the offer, got under contract, and closed.

Seeing someone accomplish something this big entirely on their own was such a proud and empowering moment. Real estate is never just about the house. Sometimes it’s about what the house represents. 🏡🔑
