Key Responsibilities:

Calendaring, keeping track of tasks

Ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly, in a courteous and professional manner, prioritizing as appropriate

Greet all visitors in a friendly manner

Process all mail and packages through our internal tracking system

Stock supplies

Be a liaison between our office and vendors regarding scheduling and maintenance.

Work effectively with all departments to fulfill common goals

Manage the firm’s social media accounts, with the supervision of the office manager

Other projects or tasks, as needed including filling out forms and court filing packets

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience working as an administrative assistant or similar field

Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, especially Outlook and Excel

Customer service focus – dedicated to supporting the needs of the office and also maintaining effective relationships with clients

Friendly, welcoming, confident, and assertive when needed --able to deal with people at all levels
