🔥IMPORTANT!!! 👀💵. This is not a scam… send the form in by 6/30 to have it correct for the 21-22 fiscal year.
I have found several friends, family, and clients who have been affected by this… Check yours NOW and get it changed back to 3% if it is your primary residence. You can thank me later… 😉

There is a tax cap of 3% for primary residence in Clark County - Assessors office sent out post cards in 2021 but many are unaware and changes have resulted in you being changed incorrectly to 8%.

Steps to Check:
1. Go to this website below
2. search by your address and submit
3. scroll down page and midway click where it says “Click here for Treasurer Information regarding real property taxes” (blue font)
4. It will take you to the Property Account Inquiry- Summary Screen Page and you can see under Property Characteristics the Tax Cap Increase Percentage (should say 3 not 8 & Cap Type: Primary)
