Tip Tuesday: Before You Click “Tour This Home” 🏡

Many buyers do not realize what happens when they click “Tour This Home” or “Contact Agent” on some online home search sites.

Most of the time, you are not being connected directly to the listing agent. Your information may be sent to one or more agents who pay to receive buyer leads.

That is why you may click one button and suddenly have several agents calling, texting, or emailing you.

No judgment at all — many buyers simply do not know how it works.

My tip? If you already have a REALTOR® you trust, send them the address, screenshot, or link first. Even if it is late. Even if you are just curious. That is what we are here for.
